Bored or at a loose end? Want to get off the sofa, get active or make new friends? Then Sporting Chance is for you!

These weekly sports and social activities for men aged 50 and over are run by our friendly band of volunteers. There’s something for everyone – no matter what level of fitness – from walking football to healthy cooking classes, reminiscence sessions and much more.

People already taking part have discovered they ‘get out more and have lots of new mates’ as well as fantastic benefits including weight loss, improved mobility, less medication, better mood, and an increased sense of wellbeing.
