Through tailored support and advice, RCT 360 supports people in Rhondda Cynon Taff to overcome the challenges they may face.
RCT 360 is a collaboration between Artis Community Cymuned, Mental Health Wales, Sgiliau and Volunteering Matters, designed to remove barriers to opportunities and employment by offering tailored support, advice and mentoring.
By offering the support of volunteers, or volunteering opportunities, the project provides a unique blend of skills, expertise and 121 support to help create new opportunities for people and employers in the Rhondda.

Artis Community Cymuned
Artis Community Cymuned brings its Creative Pathways to Employment programme to support people looking to work in the arts. Artis Community Cymuned works with participants, helping them gain and develop creative skills to support their career path with a clear, connective path of activities to suit individuals’ needs, abilities, and interests.
Equip+
Equip+ provides one to one support for people in Rhonda Cynon Taff to build confidence after time out of work or help bridge the gap between mainstream education and employment. Through tailored peer-mentor support and volunteering, participants enjoy developing new skills and confidence while meeting new people and having fun along the way. We can also help you access formal accredited training.
Mental Health Matters Wales
The Mental Health Matters Wales’ Community Liaison Team support people experiencing or recovering from mental illness issues, providing ongoing recovery and support through peer-befriending to create positive outcomes. The team also offer support to people involved with or recently discharged from mental health services to support their ongoing recovery.
Sgiliau
Sgiliau’s Intensive Employability Support programme helps people get into employment, further training, and volunteering opportunities. A designated team member provide tailored support for each person taking part so that they can overcome the challenges they may face.
Employee Volunteering
The Employee Volunteering team from Volunteering Matters bring over 25 years of experience to help companies in Rhondda Cynon Taff to develop their own corporate volunteering programmes that benefit their employees and the communities where they live and work.
These programmes can include employee volunteers using their skills and time to deliver digital confidence workshops, employability workshops, and charity skills share workshops that explore a specific challenge or theme selected by a charity such as Strategy, Marketing or Sustainability.
Get the Gen
Get The Gen, part of Volunteering Matters offers virtual workshops for employers to build inclusive workplaces, consider diversity and inclusion, and support managers and senior leaders from businesses to access the best talent from across the community.
