ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Twigs Garden Club is all about providing a ‘laid back gardening for all’ approach to gardening. This project is open for all ages, whether you have a large or small garden or just a window box, do come along and discuss your interest, socialise and make new friends.
Our meetings take place mainly at libraries, however we occasionally have special events in other locations.
Everyone involved in the project is one big team when it comes to event days. Travel is arranged for older people attending the event. Often, we collect knitted items from our volunteers with a garden theme or another theme relevant to a particular event. We sell these small items to support the project.

- Have an interest in gardening
- Want to meet new people and make new friends and have an impact in your local community
