Team London Young Ambassadors delivers a Youth Social Action programme to Alternative Provision, Pupil Referral Units and Special Educational Need and Disability schools. The programme will deliver in school sessions that encourage and support young people aged 10 – 18 to explore issues that are meaningful and relevant to them, inform system change and address inequalities through the power of their voice.
Volunteering Matters recruits and fully trains volunteers who are over the age of 18 to enable and support young people to create youth social action projects relevant to local issues they have identified. Volunteers play a vital role in empowering and supporting young people to develop new skills, improve their ability to make the most of volunteering and social action, build confidence and realise their full potential.
As a volunteer you’ll receive:
