Together we are leading the way in skills development through employee volunteering – benefiting our staff, the business, Volunteering Matters and the communities we work in.
“Volunteering Matters provides a one stop shop for UK National Grid employees wanting to volunteer from field staff to board level. We started working together to develop an employee volunteering programme that included community action days and school partnerships, and since then the partnership, and offer to our staff, has gone from strength to strength and now includes delivering the individual employee volunteering programme for National Grid across the UK.
